When you opt-in to receive text messages from us, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.
By opting in to receive text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Aggie, LLC. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.
Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with Aggie, LLC. Aggie, LLC. reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. Aggie, LLC. also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number from where our messages are sent.
Message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Cancellation
To stop receiving text messages, reply "STOP", “QUIT,” “END,” “CANCEL,” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to the number sending the message. After replying, you may receive additional communications confirming that your request has been received and processed, and you may continue to receive text messages for a short period while we process your request. If you would like to receive messages from Aggie, LLC. again, just sign up as you did the first time and Aggie, LLC. will start sending messages to you again.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York.
